EDF has chosen TICATAG and its ultra-low power IoT beacon solution to optimize some of its logistics flows.

After more than a year of experimenting with the technology, the EDF group decided last September to launch a call for tenders to equip part of its maintenance containers with low-power sensors. By responding with its latest range of Tifiz Xtrak and Xsense beacons developed jointly with Thinxtra (Australian Sigfox Operator), TICATAG was able to win over the group and succeed against other market players.

The contract is signed for a duration of 4 years and targets a specific fleet of equipment. (…)

This contract is the first real contract with a key player in the B2B world.
