BEACON is a wireless motion detector.
It is a small sensor equipped with an accelerometer to detect the movement of an object.
Thanks to its low energy consumption and the use of the Sigfox network, BEACON can send up to 10,000 messages without needing to be recharged.
Beacon also offers a very low-cost geolocation solution by using the network location service (Sigfox ATLAS service). Accuracy is about 500 m depending on coverage.
